Delivery Options
- Online Orders: Delivery is free on all orders over 2500 PHP (ex VAT). For orders under 2500 PHP, there is a charge of 150 PHP.
- Offline Orders (telephone, email or fax): Delivery is free on all orders over 3000 PHP (ex VAT). For orders under 3000 PHP, there is a charge of 150 PHP.
- For all other customers (private or non RS business account holders) whether placed online or offline:
Enjoy FREE delivery for orders over PHP7,000 (ex Vat). For orders under PHP7,000, there is a charge of PHP1,300.
Delivery Lead Times
4-8 working days*
For Metro Manila and key areas of Bulacan, Laguna, Cavite, and Batangas.
*Some items may have longer lead times due to IATA regulations or may require special licenses prior to dispatch from origin.
i. Times and dates for delivery quoted are approximate only, and dependent on time required for customs clearance and carrier performance. Delivery of Products that require special handling (because of their nature) may take longer to deliver. RS Components shall not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery. Please refer to the RS Conditions of Sale on the RS website for more information of the delivery terms and conditions.Delivery times are from Mondays to Fridays.
