Teledyne PCB RF Relay


The Teledyne DPDT sensitive repeatable PCB mount RF relay is actuated with 28VDC coil voltage at a frequency of 3GHz. This ultra-miniature relay is hermetically sealed and designed to provide improved RF signal repeatability over the frequency range with excellent signal integrity up to 10Gbps. It has a unique ground shield that isolates and shields each lead to ensure excellent contact-to-contact and pole-to-pole isolation. This ground shield provides a ground interface that results in improved high-frequency performance as well as parametric repeatability.

RF300 and RF303 are through-hole mount, GRF303 is a surface mount TO-5 relay
