RS PRO Thermal Interface Pad, 1.8 W/m·K, 127.7 x 72.5 x 0.2 mm
Needing a way to protect your components and electronics from damage caused by high circuit board temperatures? This RS PRO thermal interface pad becomes soft and pliable when exposed to high heats to maintain operational conductivity and minimise damage to your instruments.
The silicone base is flame retardant which means it won't ignite or act as a fuel source during fire outbreaks and prevents electrical fires. Embedded ceramic filters in the base extend the longevity of the pad.
This product complies with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) requirements, meaning it contains only minimal amounts of any hazardous materials. You can use it for better heat transfer in your flat panel and LED (light-emitting diode) displays.
