Each Proto® punch and chisel offers a modified parabolic struck end for greater resistance to mushrooming and chipping
Every Proto® cold chisel is designed with a cutting edge that is hand ground to exact angles for cutting through soft cast iron, brass, copper, aluminium, mild steel, bolts and rivets
Proto® standard duty punches have a two piece design that allows the tip to have a separate hardness to prevent peening and alows the tip to be produced straighter elimnating binding
