The body of each adaptor is made of POM (polyoxymethylene) plastic, which is strong enough to hold up in demanding applications. The thread is made of nickel-plated brass for added durability and corrosion resistance. The nickel-plating also increases the lifespan of the product as it acts as an anti-contaminant.
