SD5620/SD5630 Series Optoschmitt Detectors
The SD5620 and SD5630 series, from Honeywell, are a range of single chip optoschmitt IC detectors. They come in a TO-46 metal can package which consists of a photodiode, amplifier, voltage regulator, schmitt trigger and NPN transistor.
