The monitored mini-magnet lock (maglock) from RS PRO is a compact yet robust electro-magnetic lock, ideal for providing a secure door lock in a range of commercial or private buildings. The RS PRO mini-magnet lock features a durable aluminium construction and electrically powered magnet that when energised, creates a secure lock when contact is made with a metal plate or bracket. The RS PRO mini-magnet lock also offers 600lbs holding force, making it perfect for use in a wide range of environments that require a simple yet effective lock. For enhanced security this high quality maglock is FD30 and FD60 fire rated and fail safe, ensuring that it will remain operational in the event of a loss of power. This monitored maglock is perfect for providing a simple electronic lock with outputs allowing for alarms and signal control units to be connected to highlight if the door is opened or closed.
