Smartscan Light Curtain

The Smartscan 1000 series 2 beam light curtain has a maximum scanning range of 5m. It comprises of Transmitter (Tx) and the Receiver (Rx) units, providing two fail-safe electronic outputs. Each enclosure has integral M6 threaded slots down the sides and back so that it may be mounted from any face with no special fixtures. Also, the 1000 Plus safety light guard can be connected to a Smartscan Multifunction Safety Unit (MFU) which provides relay output switching plus options for muting, E-Stop inputs, manual/auto-restart and external device monitoring (EDM).
