Vishay CQY36N and CQY37N IR Emitting Diodes

The CQY36N and CQY37N series, from Vishay Semiconductors, are Infrared IR emitting diodes. They are in the standard T-3/4 (1.8mm) through-hole packages. Both series of IREDs are in clear plastic molded packages, the CQY37N is with a lens and the CQY36N is without.
Suitable applications for these IR emitting diodes includes radiation source in near IR range.
