NCV7428 System Basis Chip, ON Semiconductor

The NCV7428 is a System Basis Chip integrating power supplies, undervoltage detection and a LIN bus transceiver typically for automotive Electronic Control Unit (ECU) applications. This device is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive use.

• Output supply voltage: +3.3V (NCV7428D13), +5V (NCV7428D15) • Output supply current: 70mA
• Undervoltage detector with reset output to supplied microcontroller
• LIN transceiver, LIN2.x and J2602 compliant
• Load dump protection (+45V)
• LIN bus pin protected against transients in an automotive environment
• ESD protection level for Vs and LIN > ±8kV
• Operating temperature range: -40 to +125°C
• AEC-Q100 qualified
