Tektronix Arbitrary Function Generator Series AFG31000
The Tektronix AFG31000 series with InstaView™ technology is the first high-performance arbitrary function generator with built-in waveform generation applications, patented real-time wave monitoring, and a modern user interface. It is also the first function generator on the market that includes built-in double pulse test software. The 9-inch screen works just like a smart device so you can pinch, zoom and scroll to easily locate settings and parameters on the simplified menu and find shortcuts to frequently used settings. The AFG31000 series has 10 models, ranging from 25MHz to 250MHz in both single channel and 2-channels. It provides advanced waveform generation and programming capabilities. The function generator has a 14-bit vertical resolution and also has built-in function waveforms such as sine, square, ramp and many more. It gives output with less distortion. The measurement of waves is done in an accurate format and the frequency deviation is shown precisely as the output function.
