Eligibility
- Open to Philippines-based customers only who purchase RS PRO products within the promo period.
- Employees of RS Components Corporation, their immediate families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with RS Components Corporation are excluded.
- RS Components deals only with companies, not with individual employees.
Promo Period
- Purchases must be accumulated between 01 July 2026 and 30 September 2026.
Promotional Threshold
- Customers must reach the minimum spend thresholds to qualify for each reward tier. A media code must be applied per transaction to qualify and to enable participation tracking.
- Only RS PRO products are counted toward the spend. This includes all categories under RS PRO.
- Total spend will be calculated on a VAT-exclusive basis.
Reward Fulfillment
- Rewards will be processed and delivered within 3 months after the campaign ends.
- Rewards will be sent through your RS Account Manager, and customer must sign an acknowledgement receipt to confirm fulfillment.
- RS Components will not be liable for non-delivered rewards if a signed acknowledgement receipt is present.
- If the customer chooses not to sign the acknowledgement receipt, RS Components will not be liable for any claims regarding non-receipt of the reward. The signed acknowledgement serves as proof of fulfillment.
General Conditions
- This campaign cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, including discount codes or incentive programs.
- Pre-existing contractual discounts remain applicable; however, tactical or promotional discounts are not permitted.
- RS Components reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion or change prices and offers at any time without prior notice.
- Customers will not be permitted to participate if doing so would cause RS and/or themselves (their company) to breach any agreement, law, regulation, or rule.
- RS will refuse to validate and redeem any claim not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
